Structure
ABB EL3020 has a modular design, which is easy to maintain and upgrade. Its sample gas chamber is easy to clean, and the gas path is made of corrosion-resistant materials to extend the service life of the equipment. In terms of power supply, it is compatible with a wide range of AC power supplies (100-240VAC±10%, 48-63Hz), with a single-channel power consumption of about 40VA and a dual-channel power consumption of about 70VA. It has a rich output interface, providing 0/2/4-20mA analog signals (maximum load 750Ω), and supports Modbus, RS485 and RS232 digital communication protocols. It also has EEx(p) explosion-proof certification and provides an optional heating design to adapt to extreme temperature environments. The built-in pressure sensor (working range pabs=600-1250hPa) can automatically correct the impact of pressure fluctuations on measurement accuracy.
Calibration operation
Zero calibration: ABB EL3020 uses high-purity nitrogen. The equipment needs to be preheated for more than 12 hours. Stop purging and sampling, connect nitrogen, switch to the zero position through the five-way valve, adjust the pressure to 0.01MPa, keep the flow rate at 60L/h, purge the gas chamber with nitrogen for 12 minutes, and enter a small standard value (such as +2ppm) through the panel operation for calibration and save.
Range calibration: Taking CO as an example, it also needs to be preheated for more than 12 hours. Stop purging and sampling, connect CO standard gas, switch the five-way valve to the calibration position, adjust the pressure and flow as above, purge the gas chamber for 12 minutes, select CO through the panel operation, enter the accurate nominal value on the standard gas bottle, and confirm and save the calibration value after the reading stabilizes.
